Turn those old 1 gig SparQ Cartridges into usable data!

Transfer your data from old 3 1/2" SparQ disks and Cartridges (PC, Windows, MS DOS formatted) to CD DVD media.

1. Submit your Syquest SparQ disks using the SparQ disk submission form
2. We'll read the data off them and a CD/DVD will be created.
3. Send your media and the SparQ Data Submission Form to the address listed on the form.

* Note that the Syquest SparQ disks are well known for disk issues and failures. Since more time and effort is used on disks that do not read, rates and fees are charged regardless of successful outcome. We can only successfully read disks that are at 100% integrity. Disks not at 100% integrity or that have failed may require our Full Data Recovery Service.

Please number and mark your disks 1, 2, 3, ... and make / keep (for your own use) an inventory list of your disks, so that you know the content of disk 1, 2, ... etc.

Be sure to include your valid email address and full contact information. Your data is copied to zip archives and emailed to the address you provide.

If you would like your original media returned to you instead of being destroyed, please enclose an additional shipping fee as listed on the submission form.

Please be aware that your disks and cartridges are very old now and that we therefore cannot guarantee that your old media will be technically readable at all. In case that some of your floppy disks are technically unreadable, we will send you an letter about this fact. ("Unable to read and recover the content of disk 1"). Because we will try hard on every disk (more time and effort is used on disks that do not read), no service, handling or processing fees can be refunded.

Note that some media that is not at 100% integrity or with read issuesmay not qualify for this low cost Disk Copy Transfer Service and may require our Full Data Recovery Service.
